We start from the software you already pay for and check its APIs, exports and automation options before recommending anything new.
Scope before commitment
Every engagement starts with a written proposal: what will be built, how it will be tested and what it costs. No paid work starts before you accept it.
One pilot, then the next step
We automate one agreed piece of work first, prove it works against acceptance checks, and only then decide what to connect next.
Failures you can see
Automations include error handling, alerts and recovery instructions, so a failed step is noticed the same day rather than weeks later.
Documentation and handover
You receive the documentation and access needed to run what we build. You are not locked into us to keep it working.

What we do not do
We do not promise savings before we have seen your process, we do not run a round-the-clock security operations centre, and we do not sell software licences as part of a project. If a request is outside what we can deliver well, we say so.
