API & system integration
Make your business systems work together.
Connect CRM, ERP, payment and operational systems with custom APIs and integrations. Reduce duplicate entry and make failed transfers visible.
Who this is for
For businesses whose sales, finance and operations teams use separate systems and have to reconcile the gaps manually.
Does this sound familiar?
- Customer and transaction data is copied by hand
- A failed transfer is only noticed days later
- Teams disagree because their systems hold different records
What your project can include
- A data mapping and integration design
- A connector or API with agreed authentication and permissions
- Validation, retry handling and failure alerts
- Technical documentation and operational handover

Pricing & scope
From £6,000
Starting price for a focused integration. API availability, the number of endpoints, transaction volume and reconciliation rules determine the final quote. Vendor licences and API charges are scoped separately. Applicable taxes, delivery timing and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the written proposal. The initial conversation is free; any paid discovery is agreed separately.
Common questions
Which systems can you connect?
We assess each vendor API and your access permissions before quoting. Existing technology in our service offering includes Business Central, Microsoft 365 and payment integrations.
What if an API or connection fails?
Failure handling is part of the scope. Depending on the system, this can include retries, reconciliation checks, alerts and a manual recovery procedure.
Can you work with our IT team?
Yes. We agree access, test data, ownership and acceptance criteria with your technical contact before implementation.
