1. Who we are

2. AI-managed mailboxes
The mailboxes [email protected] and [email protected], together with their aliases on actsadv.com and actechservices.uk, are operated by an artificial intelligence system on our behalf. Messages sent from these mailboxes are generated with AI. Messages sent to them are read and processed by AI, which may summarise, classify, route or answer them. We give you this notice under Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) so that you know you are interacting with an AI system.
3. Human responsibility
AC Tech Services Ltd is responsible for every message sent from these mailboxes. The AI system works within rules set by the company, and binding commitments on behalf of the company are made only on the instruction of an authorised person. This mailbox is not used to take decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Data processed and providers
The AI system processes the content of emails and attachments, sender and recipient details, and any information you include in your messages. It relies on the following providers: Microsoft (Exchange Online mailbox hosting), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and hosting of the AI agent), Anthropic (AI model provider) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area under the safeguards in their data processing terms.
5. Sensitive and confidential information
Correspondence handled by these mailboxes may include confidential information and personal data, including special category data or data relating to legal proceedings (Articles 9 and 10 GDPR). Such data is processed only to the extent needed for the matter it concerns, and access to it is restricted. Please do not send special category data unless it is necessary for your request.
